These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (https://zeldacoffee.com) and our mobile espresso cart catering services throughout Denver and the Colorado Front Range. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or engaging our catering services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Catering Services & Scope
Zelda Coffee Bar provides professional mobile coffee catering, including commercial espresso machines, handcrafted specialty coffee, certified professional baristas, complete mobile cart setups, eco-friendly cups, syrups, and clean up. All services are subject to scheduling availability and written event agreement.
2. Instant Quote Estimates vs. Confirmed Bookings
Quotes calculated on our website using the interactive price calculator represent good-faith estimates based on the details provided (guest count, service duration, location, and optional add-ons). An online quote does not constitute a guaranteed date reservation until:
- Our team confirms calendar availability for your specified date and venue.
- A signed catering agreement or booking confirmation is executed.
- The required security deposit or retainer is received.
3. Venue Requirements & Logistics
To ensure smooth service, the event host or venue coordinator agrees to provide:
- Power Requirements: At least one dedicated standard 120V / 15-20 Amp electrical circuit within 50 feet of the coffee cart station (or access to our quiet generator upon prior request).
- Access & Surface: A flat, level, stable surface for the coffee cart, along with ramp or elevator access if stairs are present. Cart dimensions require standard doorway clearance (minimum 32 inches width).
- Indoor & Outdoor Operations: Outdoor setups require adequate weather shelter (tent or canopy covering). In the event of severe Colorado weather (snowstorms, hail, extreme wind, or heavy rain), an indoor backup location must be designated.
4. Payment, Deposits & Cancellation Policy
- Deposit: A non-refundable booking deposit (typically 50%) is required to reserve your event date.
- Final Balance: The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of the event as agreed in your catering contract.
- Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event may transfer their deposit to a rescheduled date within 6 months, subject to availability. Cancellations within 14 days of the scheduled event date remain responsible for the full contract balance due to booked barista staffing and ingredient preparation.
5. Barista Conduct & Safety
Our team is committed to delivering welcoming, top-tier hospitality. We reserve the right to suspend operations without refund if our baristas are subjected to unsafe working conditions, harassment, or severe venue hazards.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, Zelda Coffee Bar LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from unforeseen event delays, power outages caused by venue circuits, or force majeure events. Our total liability under any catering agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid for the catering service.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any catering contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado.
